1. Before selection, it is necessary to understand whether the application place is suitable for the use of servo electric cylinder, including installation space, installation method, ambient temperature, application characteristics, operating frequency, control power supply, etc.

2. Before purchasing, understand the following parameters of the servo electric cylinder: thrust/pull, stroke, speed, installation method, frequency of use, control requirements, when selecting thrust, first calculate the theoretical load, and then select the type must leave a margin, The push-pull force is basically the same, and the stroke selection must also have a margin. If the speed is relatively fast, the motor is recommended to be equipped with a brake, and then there must be a margin at the upper limit and the lower limit, so that it can be used safely during debugging. If the installation size is compact, When there is not much margin, you must pay attention when debugging, and observe the two extreme positions of the push rod at any time.

3. Speed ​​selection, when the application can be low, select a lower speed, which is beneficial to stability. Regarding the push rod for variable frequency debugging, the frequency cannot be too low, and cannot be lower than 30HZ, which will affect the power of the motor, thereby affecting The thrust of the putter. Servo motors have no such problems.

4. Regarding the installation method or method, it is mainly linear motion, and there can be no large lateral force, which will affect its mechanical performance. The installation methods include: hinged at both ends, trunnion installation, and plane installation. Specific analysis of specific application requirements If there is an angle, when selecting the model, the customer must simulate whether there is a dead point in the entire motion control. If it can be done, the front end or the rear end needs to use the joint bearing method and the trunnion installation method.
